We encourage you to ride your bike, carpool or take public transportation whenever possible.
VIA Park & Ride Available:

- From Crossroads Park & Ride (at Loop 410 & IH10)
- From Madla Transit Center (at SW Military & IH35S)
- From Blossom Athletic Center Park & Ride
- Drop off and pick up on South Main between Guenther Street & S. Alamo Street $2.50 per person each way for full fare ($5.00 round Trip).
- Discounts for seniors & students.
- Buses may leave as often as every 20 minutes depending on volume.

Free parking lot at 1901 S. Alamo
Located at the corner of S. Alamo and S. Flores, which is less than an 8-minute walk to the Guenther Street Fair entrance.

Parking Lot B at the Alamodome
1,000 parking spaces available for $5 for each vehicle
The Alamodome is a stop on VIA’s bus route #26 and #30 which runs approximately every 30 minutes
Regular bus is $1.10/per person each way and change is not made by the drivers
There is limited parking throughout the remaining King William area. Fair visitors may park in nearby commercial lots and walk to the Fair. Some property owners and parking lots may have parking spots for sale, typically $10-$20/day.
Where can I park my bicycle?
A bicycle rack is located between S. St. Mary’s and S. Alamo Streets in the grassy median between Durango Blvd. and Martinez St at the Martinez Street Park.
Bike Valet will be available from 9:00 am until 5:00 pm at The Station Cafe, 701 S. St. Mary’s at King William Street, 78205. This donation based service is sponsored by our Southtown neighbors, Freetail Brewing Co., 2000 South Presa, 78210, freetailbrewing.com. Ride right up and leave the bike in a safe and secure area, get a claim check and enjoy the Fair. So tell everyone you know (especially those who complain about the parking!) to ride their bikes to the Fair.
