 Thank you for your interest in being a Food Vendor at the 2017 King William Fair!

Applications are closed.  Applications for the 2018 Fair will open on October 4th, 2017

Please review the following documents before submitting your application:

Important Dates and Deadlines

  • February 2, 2018 – Deadline for Applications
  • February 23, 2018 – Notification of Acceptance
  • March 2, 2018 – Proof of Insurance Due
  • March 9, 2018 – Contract & Invoices Emailed
  • March 16, 2018 – Deadline for Payment
  • March 23, 2018 – Deadline for Cancellation & Full Refund
  • April 11, 2018 – Mandatory Food Vendors Meeting at 6:00 pm, Location TBA
  • April 27, 2018 – Pre-Fair Vendor Set-Up from 6–9 p.m.
  • April 28, 2018 – King William Fair (Vendor Set-Up from 6–8 a.m.)
  • May 4, 2018 – Vendor Checks Ready
  • May 11, 2018 – Last Day for Ticket Recounts

Truck and Booth Fees

  • $250 – Truck Location Fee
    (includes 5 admission wristbands for truck staff)
  • $300 – 8’ x 16’ Booth
    1 Frame and an 8’ x 8’ open space (includes 5 admission wristbands for booth staff)
  • $425 – 8’ x 24’ Booth
    2 Frames and an 8’ x 8’ open space (includes 10 admission wristbands for booth staff)
  • $550 – 8’ x 32’ Booth
    3 Frames and an 8’ x 8’ open space (includes 15 admission wristbands for booth staff)

Optional Fees

  • $175 – Electricity (up to 4 appliances)
  • $175 – Additional Electricity (up to 5 – 8 appliances)
  • $75 – Each additional 8’ x 8’ booth frame
  • $75 – Liability Insurance for each booth location

Post-Event Gross Ticket Sales Fees
The following fees will be subtracted from your Gross Ticket Sales:

  • 0% – Standard Booth and Trucks with Gross Sales Tickets of $1,000 or less
  • 20% – Standard Booth and Trucks with Gross Sales Tickets over $1,000
  • 25% – Premium Booth (Corner Booths, King William 100 block, Washington 200 block)

The King William Fair is a non-smoking event
